At RTA Wholesalers, we stand behind the quality of our cabinetry and home products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Ensure all components are placed back in their original flat-pack boxes with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Logistics
Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the pallet or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
