What does RTA stand for?
RTA stands for 'Ready-to-Assemble.' Our products are shipped in flat packs with all necessary hardware and instructions included, allowing you to save significantly on labor and shipping costs while maintaining professional-grade quality.
How long does shipping typically take?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location and the size of the order, transit times typically range from 5 to 10 business days. We provide tracking information as soon as your pallet or package leaves our warehouse.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves. Contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage to initiate a replacement claim.
Are your cabinets made of solid wood or particle board?
At RTA Wholesalers, we prioritize durability. Most of our cabinet lines feature solid wood frames and doors with high-quality plywood box construction. We avoid using low-grade particle board to ensure your kitchen or bath lasts for years.
Do you offer assembly services?
While we specialize in wholesale RTA products for DIY enthusiasts and contractors, we do offer pre-assembly services for an additional fee per cabinet. Please contact our sales team before placing your order if you require factory assembly.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unassembled items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
